We're based in the UK, and only ship to the UK. All items are posted 1st class . Delivery should take 3-5 days business days after dispatch (Every Wednesday)
Delivery is FREE on ALL orders!
If an item goes missing once it's been posted, we have to wait the recommended time as advised by the Royal Mail before we can ship a replacement. We'll keep in touch with you each step of the way if this happens.
Refunds - Each cream is lovingly hand-made and packed by our small family team and We really do hope that you have no reason to return it. However, if you do change your mind, you can return it to us in its original, resalable condition. For reasons of hygiene, your item must remain unopened and unused or we will not be able to offer you a refund.
You have the right to cancel your order within 5 days during the ordering period. If you need to cancel your order please send us a message as soon as possible.
If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To return your product, or to report a faulty product, you should first send us a message.
You will be responsible for packaging your return securely and paying for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable; we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item so it’s best to send it Registered Post and to get a tracking number.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to a fault on our part. If you need to make an exchange please send us a message with photographic evidence and we aim to deal with it swiftly .
